Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 250 g fruit, of your choice
- 250 g mascarpone
- 1 pack butter vanilla flavoring
- 2 cl Amaretto
- 50 g sugar
- 1 cake base (sponge cake base)
- 1 pack of white cake glaze
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and finely chop the fruit. Mix the mascarpone with the vanilla extract, sugar, and Amaretto well and spread it on the sponge cake base. Top with fruit and pour the glaze over it.
