Bavarian Leberkäse wrap

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 500 g Leberkäse, coarse
  • 700 g coleslaw with cream
  • 6 slices of processed cheese
  • 6 wraps
  • possibly mustard, medium hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 11 minutes

Spread some mustard on the wrap. Place a few strips of Leberkäse (meatloaf) about 5 mm thick on the wrap. Cut a slice of processed cheese in half and place it on top. Microwave everything for about 1 minute at 800 watts. Then spread the coleslaw over the cheese and roll up the wrap.
