Superkochhasi’s Burger

The perfect superkochhasi’s burger recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 Hamburger buns

For the meat

  • 400 g Ground beef
  • 1 Chicken egg whole egg
  • 1 Chicken egg yolk
  • 3 Onions
  • 3 tbsp Mustard medium hot
  • 1 Bread from the day before
  • Salt, pepper, sweet paprika, hot rose paprika
  • Oil for frying

Covering

  • 0,25 Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 Onion
  • 200 g Bacon slices
  • Roasted onions
  • Mayonnaise
  • Tomato ketchup
  • Bbq sauce
  • 8 Discs Chester cheese slices
  • Tomatoes, pickles and other ingredients as you like
  1. Dice the onion, fry until translucent and allow to cool.
  1. Soak the roll, squeeze it out, crumble it and add it to the minced meat. Mix the rest of the other ingredients, as well as the cooled onion cubes, everything well together and season.
  1. Form 8 patties of the same size from the minced meat and fry them briefly on both sides in a hot pan. To prevent the pattie from arching, simply put a spatula on top. Once the desired degree of browning has been reached, let it steep in the oven preheated to 100 ° C.
  1. Clean the iceberg lettuce and cut into strips. The onion is cut into thin or thick strips depending on your taste.
  1. Fry the bacon in a hot pan without oil.
  1. Halve the hamburger buns and heat them up in the oven. Put a slice of cheese on top of the patties. Leave in the oven until the cheese melts nicely or the rolls are warm enough. You should make sure that the rolls are not in the oven for too long, otherwise they will be too hard.
  1. Brush the bun halves with ketchup and mustard or alternatively both halves with BBQ sauce. Then top the burger as you please. Superkochhasi wishes you a good appetite 🙂
