Surf & Turf Pasta Bake

The perfect surf & turf pasta bake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Spiral pasta
  • 2 Can Drained canned tuna
  • 200 g Boiled ham cubes
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 2 Eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Chicken seasoning
  • Dried chives
  1. Boil the noodles in salted water until they are firm to the bite. Whisk the milk, eggs, salt, pepper, chicken seasoning and chives together. Grease the baking dish. Layer pasta, tuna and boiled ham – the top should be pasta. Spread the milk mixture over it well. Put the lid on in the microwave. Cook for about 30 minutes at 800 watts.
