Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 packs of Surimi sticks, approx. 100 g each
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • e.g. salt and pepper
  • n. B. Paprika powder, sweet
  • some soy sauce or oyster sauce, to serve

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 18 minutes; Total time approx. 28 minutes

Lightly score the surimi and then roll it out. Cut into approximately 1 cm wide strips and mix them in a bowl with olive oil and the seasonings. Fry in an air fryer at 180 °C for approximately 15-18 minutes, turning and shaking frequently. Serve with soy sauce or oyster sauce for dipping.
