For the cream filling, bring the cream and chocolate to a boil, stirring constantly. Allow to cool, and then refrigerate overnight to chill. For the pastry, cream the butter until fluffy and gradually add 75g of the sugar, the vanilla sugar, chocolate, cocoa powder, eggs, and egg yolks. Gradually mix in the flour and baking powder. Beat the egg whites until stiff. Gradually stir the remaining sugar into the beaten egg whites. Carefully fold the beaten egg whites into the batter and smooth the mixture. Bake at 150°C (convection oven) for about 30-40 minutes. Turn the cake base out and allow to cool. Beat the chocolate cream with a hand mixer until stiff. Cut the cake base in half to create two thinner layers. Spread the jelly on the bottom layer and then spread some of the cream on top. You will need the rest of the cream for decoration. Place the top layer on top and gently press it down. Cover the entire cake with the remaining cream. Then sprinkle everything with chocolate shavings. Cut the Kinder Surprise eggs in half. Arrange the halves, their toy contents, and chocolate bonbons on the cake as desired. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
