Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 5 tbsp cereal flakes (5-grain flakes)
- 1 tbsp oat bran
- 1 tsp flaxseed
- 1 ½ dl milk (oat milk)
- 2 tbsp oat cream
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp hazelnuts, coarsely chopped
- 1 handful of grapes, halved, pitted
- 3 figs, dried, diced
- possibly water
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Combine the flakes, bran, flaxseed, and diced figs with the oat milk, stir in the lemon juice, and let it all sit for about 15 minutes. Then fold in the hazelnuts and grapes. Stir in the oat cream for a creamy consistency. If the consistency is still too thick, add more oat milk or simply add a little water.
