Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 turkey cutlets, cut into small pieces
  • 150 g noodles (Mie noodles), instant
  • 1 small jar of vegetables (Chinese mixed vegetables)
  • 2 red peppers, cut into strips
  • 1 bunch of spring onions, cut into fine rings
  • 1 jar rice wine, possibly more
  • 2 tbsp fish sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp curry paste, red
  • 1 pinch of wasabi paste
  • 1 tbsp oil (sesame oil) for frying
  • 1 tbsp Chinese spice mix
  • 1 tsp sambal oelek
  • 1 sachet of coconut milk powder for 150 ml of warm water
  • 2 tsp sauce (Hoi Sin sauce)
  • 2 shots of oyster sauce
  • 1 tsp oil (garlic oil) for marinating

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Marinate the meat while chopping the spring onions and bell peppers with sambal oelek (a good pinch), soy sauce, garlic oil, and the Chinese seasoning. Brown the meat in 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Almost immediately, add the spring onions and bell peppers, along with all the other ingredients to taste. Add the liquid first (all the sauces, rice wine, and coconut milk) for the noodles. Mix everything thoroughly, add a little more rice wine if desired, or spice things up with curry paste, sambal oelek, or wasabi. Let it simmer for a bit.
