Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g meat sausage
  • 200 g sausage (black sausage)
  • 200 g cucumber(s) (pickles)
  • 100 g tomato peppers, from the jar
  • 3 large onions
  • 4 tbsp oil
  • 2 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • possibly water
  • some pepper, black

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

Upper Swabian specialty

Skin the pork sausage and black pudding and slice them into thin strips along with the pickled gherkins and tomato and peppers. Finely slice the onions. Combine the sauce ingredients and season to taste. Mix all ingredients together and let stand for another half hour. Serve with fresh farmhouse bread and a cold beer.
