Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 250 g meat, cooked or fried (meat leftovers)
- 1 gherkin(s)
- 1 onion(s), peeled
- 1 apple, peeled
- 4 eggs, hard-boiled, peeled
- 2 carrots, cooked
- some chives, chopped
- 1 egg(s), hard-boiled, peeled
- 1 egg yolk, raw
- 4 tbsp oil
- 2 tbsp vinegar (wine vinegar)
- some salt
- some sugar
- some garlic powder
- some curry powder
- some paprika powder
- pepper

Cut the meat, cucumbers, onions, apples, eggs, and carrots into thin strips, pour the sauce over the salad, mix everything well, and sprinkle the salad with chives and chopped egg. For the sauce, remove the egg yolks from the eggs, place them in a bowl, mash them with a fork, and mix them with the raw egg yolk. Stir in the oil and season to taste with wine vinegar, salt, sugar, and spices.
