Swede Pulp Easy Way

- 250 g Diced turnip
- 250 g Diced carrots
- 150 g Diced potato
- 5 Discs Kassel comb
- 3 piece Mettenden Holsteiner style
- 1,5 liter Meatsoup
- 100 g Diced bacon
- 1 piece Diced onion
- 1 tsp Clarified butter
- 1 pinch Sugar
- 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
- 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
- Sauté the onions and bacon in the clarified butter a little. Then add the vegetables and sauté them, seasoning.
- Add a little broth and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then (depending on your taste) mash. I wanted it a little finer this time.
- In the meantime, simmer the sausages and meat slices in another saucepan in the rest of the meat stock for 15 minutes.
