Swede Pulp Easy Way

The perfect swede pulp easy way recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Diced turnip
  • 250 g Diced carrots
  • 150 g Diced potato
  • 5 Discs Kassel comb
  • 3 piece Mettenden Holsteiner style
  • 1,5 liter Meatsoup
  • 100 g Diced bacon
  • 1 piece Diced onion
  • 1 tsp Clarified butter
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 pinch Black pepper from the mill
  • 1 pinch Sea salt from the mill
  1. Sauté the onions and bacon in the clarified butter a little. Then add the vegetables and sauté them, seasoning.
  2. Add a little broth and simmer for about 20 minutes. Then (depending on your taste) mash. I wanted it a little finer this time.
  3. In the meantime, simmer the sausages and meat slices in another saucepan in the rest of the meat stock for 15 minutes.
