Pasta Sauce Alla Sevkoc – with Paprika Pulp

The perfect pasta sauce alla sevkoc – with paprika pulp recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Pasta
  • 500 g Chicken breast
  • 1 Onions
  • 1 Can Mushrooms
  • 1 Can Pizza tomato
  • 250 ml Water
  • 2 Tough Garlic fresh
  • 1 tbsp Sprinkled parsley
  • 2 tsp Oregano
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 4 tbsp Sevkoc pepper pulp
  1. Put pasta or spaghetti in lightly salted boiling water and cook. For the “Sauce alla Sevkoc” cut the chicken into small pieces, cut the onions into cubes and sauté them in a saucepan with a little olive oil. Now add the mushrooms and mix with the meat. Let it continue to simmer. approx. 5 min. (stir every now and then.)
  2. Now add the tomatoes and the spices with the finely chopped garlic and fill up with water. Boil. Stir every now and then. (Your sauce is now soup-like, that’s normal.) Stir in the paprika pulp, tablespoon at a time. (Your sauce will now set.) Simmer over a low heat for 5 minutes. Done (put the sauce on the pasta and serve)
