Spread the love

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 3 eggs
  • 100 g sugar
  • 100 g flour
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 4 m.-sized apples
  • 1 lemon(s)
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 2 cups whipped cream
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder or chocolate chips

Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Rest time approx. 3 hours; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 4 hours 10 minutes

for 12 pieces

For the dough, put the eggs, sugar, flour, vanilla sugar, salt, and baking powder in a mixing bowl and mix with a mixer. Pour the mixture into a greased springform pan (26 cm diameter) and bake at approx. 180°C for 10 minutes. Do the skewer test. After baking, let the base cool down. For the topping, whisk the lemon juice, water, egg yolks, sugar, and vanilla pudding powder until frothy, then bring to the boil, stirring constantly. Grate the apples, add to the mixture, and stir. Let the mixture cool down, then pour over the base. Whip the cream and pour over the mixture. Decorate with cocoa, dark, or milk chocolate chips. Then refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Tip: If you want it to cook faster, replace the apples with 1 jar of applesauce. If you want the apple mixture to be firmer, add gelatin. If you want the cream to be sweet, add vanilla sugar.
