Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 3 eggs, including the yolk
- 200 g flour
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp vanilla sugar (or one vanilla pod)
- 3 tbsp milk
- 3 bulb(s)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tbsp vanilla sugar
- 50 g sugar
- 250 ml sour cream
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
For the dough: Combine butter, sugar, egg yolks, flour, baking powder, milk, and vanilla sugar (or the inside of the vanilla pod) to form a dough. Pour into a greased, oblong cake pan. Peel and core the pears, and cut into small pieces. Press them evenly into the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes. For the topping: Beat eggs, vanilla sugar, and sugar until frothy. Stir in sour cream. Spread over the cake. Cover and bake for another 25 minutes.
