Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tbsp chili powder (chipotle chili)
  • 1 ½ tbsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 tsp mustard powder
  • 1 ½ tbsp black pepper
  • 112 g brown sugar (1/2 cup)
  • 1 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 55 g salt (1/4 cup)
  • 5 tbsp smoked paprika powder
  • 4 tbsp sugar
  • 2 tsp cumin powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

absolutely delicious with pan-fried meat

Combine all ingredients in a jar and mix. The rub can be used to dry-marinate slices of meat. It’s delicious with beef, pork, and even lamb.
