Ingredients

  • 250 g Chicken - schnitzel or breast
  • 0,5 Red peppers
  • 0,5 Green peppers
  • 1 Carrot
  • 4 Spring onion
  • Chopped ginger - the size of a thumb
  • 4 tbsp Soy sauce sweet
  • 3 tbsp Cornstarch
  • Chilli (cayenne pepper)
  • Vinegar if necessary
  • 1 can Diced pineapple
  • Unfortunately I didn't have a 1/2 mango cut into it
  • Broth or water to pour on

Instructions

  • Wash the chicken and cut into strips and dab well with a paper towel. Put the chicken strips in a bowl and mix well with the soy sauce and cornstarch and leave to marinate for about 1/2 hour.
  • Let the oil get hot in the wok until it starts to smoke, fry the chicken in portions and set aside.
  • In the meantime, wash the vegetables, cut the peppers into strips, the carrots into very fine strips and the vegetable onions into small rolls. Now add a little more to the wok and fry the vegetables first, the carrots, then the peppers and the green onions and quickly for a few minutes, plus the peeled and finely diced ginger.
  • Deglaze with a little soy sauce and stock. For the slight spiciness, taste the cayenne pepper, if you want it spicier, you can add a little red chili peppers.
  • Serve with rice.
