Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 300 g chicken, shredded
- 1 can pineapple, pieces
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 1 carrot(s)
- 2 tsp mustard
- Chili sauce for chicken, sweet
- Flour
- 2 tbsp tomato paste
- oil
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Season the chicken strips and fry them in a pan with a little oil. Dice the peppers and carrots. Pour the juice from the pineapple can into a saucepan and thicken with flour. Add the tomato paste, mustard, and chili sauce. Add the peppers, carrots, and pineapple pieces and simmer. Just before serving, add the chicken strips to the sauce. Rice goes best with this dish. Tip: You can also use other vegetables or sprouts.
