Sweet and sour Chinese cabbage

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 m.-large Chinese cabbage
  • Salt and pepper, white
  • some sugar
  • 1 apple, sour
  • 1 red bell pepper(s)
  • 1 gherkin(s)
  • 6 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 dashes Worcestershire sauce
  • 3 tbsp cream

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Chop the washed Chinese cabbage. Finely dice the apple, and chop the bell pepper and cucumber. Blend the remaining ingredients into a sauce and mix with the salad. Let it sit for a short while.
