Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 stalk(s) leeks
- 1 onion(s)
- 2 gherkins
- 40 g margarine
- ⅛ liter meat broth
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp tomato paste
- 1 pinch(s) of sugar
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Slice the leek and onion. Sauté both in margarine. Add the meat broth and season with the spices. Finely slice the gherkins and add them with the tomato paste. Stir well and simmer covered for 20 minutes. Season to taste with a pinch of sugar and nutmeg.
