Sweet and Sour Zucchinis

The perfect sweet and sour zucchinis recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 kg Zucchini
  • 0,25 l Water
  • 0,25 l Italian wine vinegar
  • 4 El Sugar
  • 1 El Dill
  • 5 Garlic cloves
  • 1 El Coriander, ground
  • 1,5 Tl Salt
  • 1 Chilli pepper fresh
  1. Wash the zucchini, remove the seeds and cut into slightly thicker slices. I left the bowl on
  2. Bring the water, vinegar and everything else to the boil, add the garlic in slices
  3. Then let the zucchinis cook for about 10 minutes.
  4. Then put the jars rinsed with hot water and leave to stand for about 2 weeks. I like these zucchini the very next day.
  5. I only had dried dill, it tastes better with fresh one.
  6. Addendum 6: I would add onions next time.
