Ingredients
 

  • 2 L Water
  • 5 tbsp Vinegar essence
  • 10 tbsp Sugar
  • 3 Cinammon
  • 20 Cloves
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 kg Pumpkin roughly diced

Instructions
 

  • Bring water, sugar, vinegar, cloves, cinnamon and salt to the boil and then let the brew steep for about 2 hours. Now pour the whole thing through a sieve.
  • Bring the brew to the boil again, add the pumpkin when it is boiled again, remove it from the fire and let it cool down. Bon Appetit
