Ingredients
- 2 L Water
- 5 tbsp Vinegar essence
- 10 tbsp Sugar
- 3 Cinammon
- 20 Cloves
- 1 pinch Salt
- 1 kg Pumpkin roughly diced
Instructions
- Bring water, sugar, vinegar, cloves, cinnamon and salt to the boil and then let the brew steep for about 2 hours. Now pour the whole thing through a sieve.
- Bring the brew to the boil again, add the pumpkin when it is boiled again, remove it from the fire and let it cool down. Bon Appetit
