Sweet and spicy noodle pan Chopi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g turkey breast fillet(s)
  • 250 g mie noodles
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 onions
  • 3 chili peppers
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped
  • 50 g chili sauce, sweet
  • 200 ml white wine
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp paprika powder, hot
  • 1 tsp cornstarch

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Cook the mie noodles in salted water until tender. Cut the meat into thin strips along with the cleaned bell peppers and onions. Slice the chili peppers into rings. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat until tender. Then add the vegetables and cook. Add the sweet chili sauce and chopped tomatoes and simmer for about 5 minutes over medium heat. Add the white wine and spices and simmer for another 10 minutes. Finally, mix the cornstarch with a little water and add it to the pan until the sauce has thickened nicely.
