Sweet Coconut Eggs

The perfect sweet coconut eggs recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 8 piece Cape gooseberry fresh
  • 300 g Coconut yogurt: from Müller, Ecke de Luxe
  • 4 Pc. Surprise egg
  1. Remove the cape gooseberries from the pods. Halve the surprise eggs, use a small spoon to fill the eggs with the coconut yoghurt. Place a cape gooseberry in each half as an egg yolk. This coconut yogurt contains alcohol: I only noticed that at home, after looking at the ingredients. There is certainly also a coconut yogurt without alcohol.
