Sweet Couscous Quark Pear Dessert

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 80 g couscous
  • 100 g water, hot
  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 shot of water
  • 1 dashes sweetener
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 bulb(s)
  • n. B. Honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Place the couscous in a bowl, boil water in a kettle, add it to the couscous, and let it swell in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes. Mix the low-fat quark with a splash of water, a dash of sweetener, and a pinch of cinnamon until creamy. Wash and core the pears, cut them into large pieces, place them in a tall bowl, and puree them. Then place a layer of couscous (sweeten again with sweetener if necessary), a layer of quark, and a layer of pear puree in a dessert bowl, and repeat this process once more. Garnish with a drizzle of honey and two pear slices on top.
