Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 80 g mixed berries (e.g. strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 orange(s)
  • 1 grapefruit(s), pink
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp honey (acacia honey)
  • 375 ml soy milk (soy drink)
  • 2 tsp edible bran (oat bran)
  • 1 tsp oil (linseed oil)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Rinse the berries, drain, and sort them. Chop the strawberries. Peel the orange and grapefruit, cut them into wedges, and chop them into small pieces. Place all the fruit in a blender. Add the lemon juice, honey, and soy milk and blend briefly and vigorously. Stir in the oat bran and linseed oil.
