Ingredients for 5 servings:
- ½ liter of milk
- 1 packet of vanilla pudding powder
- 2 peaches
- 2 tsp mustard (quince mustard)
- 100 g Arctic prawn(s)
- 100 g smoked salmon (Norwegian gourmet salmon)
- 1 tbsp brown cane sugar
- 2 cl liqueur (quince liqueur)
- chocolate sprinkles
- Chocolate decoration

Peel, pit, and chop the peaches. Cut the salmon into small pieces and toss everything with the Arctic prawns. Add 1 tablespoon of cane sugar, the quince mustard, and a shot of quince liqueur to the fish and peach salad and mix thoroughly. Let the mixture steep well. Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions. Divide the fish and peach salad among dessert plates, pour the warm pudding over it, and garnish with chocolate sprinkles and chocolate decorations. Serve.
