Fish casserole with bananas and tomatoes

Take a casserole dish and place the frozen or thawed fish in it. Don’t forget! Season the fish with salt and pepper and drizzle with lemon juice beforehand. The only thing that will vary is the preparation time. Chop the bananas into small pieces and arrange them between and on top of the fish fillets, along with the tomatoes. Now pour the whipped cream over the fish and spoon on the sour cream. Pour the skimmed milk yogurt over the fish. If you don’t like yogurt, you can easily omit it. Finally, simply scatter the butter in small pieces over the casserole. You can, of course, use butter for less fat. Place the casserole dish in the oven. Cook on high until all the ingredients are cooked. Then reduce the heat to 200°C and continue cooking for about 20 minutes. Occasionally, simply prick the fish with a fork to see if it’s tender. The cooking time will vary slightly. A light browning on the surface of the casserole makes the whole thing even more delicious. The casserole is best served with mashed potatoes or boiled potatoes. Rice also tastes delicious.
