Sweet Peach Chutney

The perfect sweet peach chutney recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

Sweet peach chutney

  • 600 g Ripe peach pieces without a core
  • 1 bag Organic preserving sugar 2: 1
  • 2 Limes
  • 1 tsp Vanilla flavor
  • 100 g Raisins
  • 1 bag Hazelnuts, shaved
  • 1 bag Mulled wine spice (for 1 bottle of wine)
  1. Wash the peaches and cut them into pieces. Put these in a medium saucepan. Add the preserving sugar, stir and bring to the boil while stirring. Halve the limes, squeeze them out and let them run in slowly. Stir constantly.
  2. Then add the vanilla flavor, raisins, shaved hazelnuts and, last but not least, the mulled wine spice. Then stir briefly and take the pot off the stove. Pour the sweet peach chutney into clean, hot rinsed glasses with screw caps.
