Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 sweet potato(s)
- 1 avocado(s)
- 100 g feta cheese
- 1 handful of lamb’s lettuce
- e.g. chili flakes
- lemon juice
- salt and pepper

Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Wash and trim the potato thoroughly. Then cut into 0.5–2 cm thick slices. Toast the sweet potato slices two to three times (depending on your toaster) on the highest setting until they are golden brown or reach your desired consistency. In the meantime, you can prepare your topping ingredients – simply chop the feta and wash the lamb’s lettuce. To make the avocado puree, simply mash the avocado with a fork, adding a little lemon juice if desired. When the toast has the desired consistency, spread the avocado puree on top and top with feta and lamb’s lettuce. If desired, you can sprinkle the sweet potato toast with salt, pepper, and chili flakes, and your sweet potato toast is ready!
