Sweet: Stuffed Dates Wrapped in Batter
The perfect sweet: stuffed dates wrapped in batter recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
* for the dough
- 175 g Flour
- 50 g Sugar
- 1 packet Vanilla sugar
- 80 g Margarine
- 2 Egg yolk
* for the filling
- 100 g Marzipan raw mass
- 2 tbsp Ground pistachios
- Knead all the ingredients for the dough. Then chill for about 30 minutes.
- Knead the marzipan and pistachios together.
- Fill the dates with the marzipan mixture.
- Divide the dough into 30 parts and coat the dates with them.
- Bake in an oven preheated to 175 ° C for about 20 minutes.
