  • 2 cl cream
  • 4 cl vodka
  • 2 cl Blue Curaçao
  • 4 cl coconut syrup
  • 12 cl pineapple juice
  • 1 piece(s) pineapple and 1 cocktail cherry

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Alcoholic, sparkling

Mix the cream, vodka, Blue Curaçao, coconut syrup, and pineapple juice with a few ice cubes in a blender or shaker. Half-fill a large highball glass with roughly crushed ice cubes and strain the mixture into the glass. Place the pineapple piece and cocktail cherry on the rim and add two straws.
