Swiss potato dumplings

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 1 bunch of spring onions
  • 150 g cheese (Appenzeller) in one piece
  • 500 g potato dumplings
  • ½ box of cress
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Salt
  • pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Clean the spring onions and slice into rings. Coarsely grate the Appenzeller cheese. Melt the butter in a large, nonstick pan. Add the spring onions and potato dumplings and fry for about 5 minutes on all sides, until the dumplings are golden brown (turning several times). Season to taste. Fold in the grated cheese and let it melt. Sprinkle with cress and serve.
