Swiss potato gratin

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 6 tbsp light cream
  • 100 ml milk, low-fat
  • 40 g Gruyère, grated
  • 4 m.-sized potatoes
  • salt and pepper
  • 50 g grated cheese (30%)

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour 5 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 25 minutes

Mix the crème légère with the milk and Gruyère. Slice the potatoes very thinly and arrange them in three layers in a 24 x 26 cm casserole dish. Season each layer with salt and pepper and spread some of the cream on top. Sprinkle the gratin with cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (top/bottom heat) or 160°C (fan oven) on the middle rack for 60-65 minutes.
