Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 2 bags of tacos or nachos
  • 500 g minced meat
  • 1 iceberg lettuce
  • 1 can of corn
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 bottle of Hungarian-style salsa or paprika sauce
  • Cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • possibly tomato(s)
  • possibly cucumber(s)
  • possibly herbs

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Fry the minced meat with the onions until crispy and season with salt, pepper, and paprika. Finely chop the iceberg lettuce (you can also chop the tomatoes and cucumbers if you like) and place it in a bowl. Layer the minced meat on top, then the salsa, then the corn, the beans, the sour cream (this can also be seasoned with herbs and spices), the grated cheese, and finally, crush the tacos in the bag and place them on top just before serving.
