Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 12 milk slices
  • 1 cup sour cream or sour cream
  • 1 cup of natural yogurt
  • 250 g quark (low-fat curd cheese)
  • 6 sheets of gelatin
  • 1 lemon(s), the juice
  • 100 g powdered sugar (icing sugar)
  • Cocoa powder
  • e.g. banana(s)
  • some water

Instructions

Working time approx. 35 minutes; Rest time approx. 5 hours; Total time approx. 5 hours 35 minutes

Whisk together the sour cream, natural yogurt, and curd cheese. Now add the powdered sugar and lemon juice. Meanwhile, soak the gelatin in a little cold water. Squeeze out the excess water and dissolve it in warm water. Gradually stir the dissolved gelatin leaves into the sour cream mixture. Place the milk slices in a baking dish. Peel the bananas, slice them lengthwise, and place them on top. Then cover with the sour cream mixture. Refrigerate overnight. Sprinkle with cocoa powder and serve the next day.
