Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g pasta
  • 120 g beans, green
  • 2 sprigs savory
  • 200 g cream cheese (Brunch Tomato & Ricotta)
  • 100 g cream
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • 1 sprig of basil
  • Salt and pepper as needed

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cook the pasta in boiling salted water according to the package instructions. Wash and trim the beans, trim the ends, and cook in boiling salted water with the savory for 15 minutes. Meanwhile, add the heavy cream, tomato paste, and brunch to a saucepan, stir, and heat gently. Drain the pasta and beans in a sieve. Discard the savory. Mix the pasta with the sauce, season with salt and pepper. Stir in the beans. Wash the basil, shake dry, and pluck the leaves from the stems. Serve the pasta on plates and garnish with basil.
