Tagliatelle in lemon sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g pasta (tagliatelle), cooked in salted water
  • 1 lemon(s), untreated
  • 2 small onions
  • 250 ml cream
  • 2 tsp crème fraîche
  • 1 zucchini
  • basil
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash the zucchini, cut into thin slices, and then quarter them. Finely chop the onion. Sauté the zucchini and onion in olive oil until translucent, deglaze with cream, and let it thicken. Grate the lemon zest and peel a quarter of the lemon, then dice it into small pieces. Add the lemon cubes to the cream sauce and simmer for about 3 minutes. Add the lemon zest and crème fraîche. Season (don’t skimp on the basil). Fold in the tagliatelle. Done!
