Tagliatelle pasta with Gorgonzola and sage sauce and cooked ham

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200g Gorgonzola
  • 250 ml sweet cream
  • 100 ml dry white wine
  • 200 g cooked ham
  • 10 sage leaves
  • 500 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 25 g butter
  • Salt and pepper, from the mill

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Dice the cooked ham and garlic. Pluck the sage leaves from the stalks and lightly fry them in a little butter. Bring a pot of salted water to a boil. For the sauce, melt the butter in a saucepan. Slowly fry the cooked ham and garlic. Crumble in the Gorgonzola. Stir everything gently over moderate heat for 2-3 minutes until the cheese has melted. Add the cream and wine and stir well. Stir in the sage. Season the sauce and cook, stirring, until thickened. Remove the pot from the heat. Cook the tagliatelle in a large pot of boiling salted water for about 8-10 minutes, until just tender. Drain the pasta well. Serve the tagliatelle with the sauce in a large bowl. Very easy to prepare and so delicious. Enjoy! For 4 servings, one serving has 683 kcal.
