Tagliatelle Salad with Shrimp in Dill Sauce
The perfect tagliatelle salad with shrimp in dill sauce recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Tagliatelle green
- 400 g Small shrimp cooked
- 1 Can Mandarin oranges
- 0,5 Apple boskop
- 150 g Creme fraiche Cheese
- 100 g Low fat yogurt
- Salt and pepper
- Curry
- Mild chili powder
- White balsamic vinegar
- Fresh dill
- Cook ribbon noodles according to the package instructions and allow to cool. (If these stick together, briefly rinse with cold water)
- Pour the mandarin oranges into a colander and collect the liquid in a bowl.
- Peel the apple half and cut into small cubes.
- Mix the créme fraiche, the yoghurt and some liquid from the mandarin oranges in a large bowl and season with salt, pepper, curry, chili powder, fresh dill and the balsamic vinegar and season to taste.
- Now mix in the shrimp, mandarin oranges and apple. Finally add the ribbon noodle.
- Allow the salad to steep for at least 3 hours and season to taste again if necessary.
