Ingredients

  • 1 Cucumber
  • 1 small Onion
  • 4 tbsp Mild white wine vinegar
  • 100 ml Cream
  • 0,5 bunch Dill
  • 0,5 tsp Sugar
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder

Instructions

  • Peel the cucumber and grate it into very thin slices. Season well with salt and let it steep for about 30 minutes. The salt removes the water from the cucumbers.
  • In the meantime, prepare the dressing. To do this, peel the onion and dice it very finely. Add the vinegar, sugar, cream, the finely chopped dill and ground pepper.
  • Squeeze out the cucumber slices and add to the dressing. Season only a little with salt, if at all necessary. Chill the lettuce for another 30 minutes and let it steep.
