Ingredients
- 1 Cucumber
- 1 small Onion
- 4 tbsp Mild white wine vinegar
- 100 ml Cream
- 0,5 bunch Dill
- 0,5 tsp Sugar
- Salt
- Pepper from the grinder
Instructions
- Peel the cucumber and grate it into very thin slices. Season well with salt and let it steep for about 30 minutes. The salt removes the water from the cucumbers.
- In the meantime, prepare the dressing. To do this, peel the onion and dice it very finely. Add the vinegar, sugar, cream, the finely chopped dill and ground pepper.
- Squeeze out the cucumber slices and add to the dressing. Season only a little with salt, if at all necessary. Chill the lettuce for another 30 minutes and let it steep.
