Spread the love

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g tagliatelle spinach
  • salt water
  • 2 cups of cream
  • 1 tbsp herb butter
  • 6 tbsp cheese (Gouda), grated
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp, heaped vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Fill a suitable pot with water, add a little salt and bring to a boil on the stove. When the water is boiling, add the tagliatelle spinaci and cook until al dente. For the sauce, use a smaller pot and melt the herb butter in it. Add the peeled and finely diced garlic. Pour in the cream and bring to a boil briefly. Add the cheese, vegetable stock and seasonings and stir well. Finally, remove the pot from the heat and stir in the finely chopped parsley and olive oil. Now toss the cooked tagliatelle spinaci and the sauce in a pan so that the pasta absorbs the sauce nicely and then serve on the plate.
