Tagliatelle with chicken and mushrooms

Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 250g tagliatelle
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 onion(s), chopped
  • 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  • 500 g chicken breast fillet(s), cut into coarse strips
  • 100 g mushrooms
  • 1 handful of ham, diced
  • 50 ml white wine
  • 50 ml chicken broth
  • 1 pack of whipped cream
  • 1 tbsp parsley, chopped
  • 3 tbsp Parmesan, freshly grated
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Tagliatelle with pollo and funghi

Heat water and cook the tagliatelle until al dente. Brown the ham cubes, onion, garlic, and chicken fillet one after the other in oil, add the mushrooms, and let them brown. Deglaze with white wine, stock, and cream. Add the Parmesan cheese and herbs, season to taste, and bring to a boil briefly. Add the pasta to the sauce, let it simmer for 2-3 minutes, and season again to taste. Serve on plates and sprinkle with fresh Parmesan cheese and herbs, if desired.
