Elina’s way

Cook the tagliatelle in plenty of salted water according to the package instructions until al dente. Wash the salmon fillet, dry it, and cut into small cubes. Peel the shallots and finely dice them. Wash the dill, shake it dry, and chop it. Heat the oil in a pan, add the shallots, and fry briefly. Add the orange juice and cream and simmer over high heat for about 3 minutes. Season the sauce with salt, pepper, and turmeric, and add the salmon cubes. Cook over low heat for about 5 minutes, depending on their size. Finally, add the dill. Drain the pasta, rinse well, and immediately mix with the salmon sauce.
