Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250g tagliatelle
  • 1 large onion(s)
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • 350 g salmon
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 tbsp tomato paste
  • n. B. Cheese, grated
  • salt and pepper
  • Paprika powder
  • Vegetable stock powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

First, cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Meanwhile, sauté the finely chopped onion and garlic in a pan with hot oil. Briefly add the bite-sized salmon and pre-cook. Season to taste. Transfer the cooked pasta to a baking dish and remove the pre-cooked salmon (briefly seared), then spread it on top. Leave the onion and garlic in the pan as the base for the sauce. Now prepare the sauce in the pan. First, add the tomato paste to the onions and sauté briefly, adding a little flour if necessary to help the sauce thicken. Deglaze with the cream and some of the reserved pasta water. Season well with spices and let simmer slightly. Spread the sauce over the pasta and salmon in the baking dish, sprinkle with grated cheese, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for about 15 minutes.
