Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 4 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp sugar
- ½ tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 5 tbsp milk
- 2 tbsp sunflower oil or rapeseed oil
- 1 small apple
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes
without egg
Mix all dry ingredients (flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon) in a cup. Then add the milk and oil. Peel and chop the apple and stir it into the batter. Microwave the batter on the highest setting for about 2 minutes.
