Tagliatelle with shrimp

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200g tagliatelle
  • 1 small zucchini
  • 2 small carrots
  • 250 g shrimp(s), ready to cook
  • 100 ml cream
  • pepper
  • Salt
  • Balsamic vinegar Bianco, to taste
  • Parsley, chopped
  • Olive oil, for frying

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Cook the tagliatelle in salted water. Meanwhile, peel the zucchini and carrots and cut them into thin strips using a peeler. (Leave the center of the zucchini with the seeds.) Fry the shrimp in hot oil. Fold in the vegetable strips and fry briefly. Add the cream and balsamic vinegar, season with salt and pepper. Fold in the cooked tagliatelle. Serve on plates and sprinkle with chopped parsley. Tip: This dish tastes best with homemade pasta, made with 200g of flour and 2 eggs.
