Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 170 g tahini
- 2 limes
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bunch of flat-leaf parsley
- 2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
- Salt and pepper, black, freshly ground

Place the sesame paste (tahini) in a larger bowl and stir until smooth. Squeeze the limes, add the juice, and stir until smooth. The paste will thicken at first, but then soften again. Add water a tablespoon at a time until the paste has the consistency of crème fraîche. Finely chop the garlic and stir in. Very finely chop the parsley and stir in. Season the dip generously with salt and pepper to taste. Transfer the dip to a smaller serving bowl and scatter the pomegranate seeds over the top.
