Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tsp ginger powder
  • 2 tsp cloves, ground
  • 1 tsp nutmeg, freshly grated
  • 2 tsp mace, ground
  • 9 tsp cumin powder
  • 12 tsp coriander powder
  • 2 tsp fenugreek seeds, ground
  • 2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • 2 tsp black pepper, freshly ground
  • 2 tsp cardamom powder, brown
  • 2 tsp saffron threads

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Spice mix – wood-fired oven mix

Crush all ingredients in a mortar or grind in a mill and mix well.
