quick, tasty and totally simple

Chop the sausages (I usually use a mix of sausages, so part fine sausage, part beef sausage, sometimes merguez or bockwurst, depending on your taste) into small pieces and fry them thoroughly, then add the tomato paste and fry briefly. Heat the passata, season with a pinch of sugar, some salt, and pepper. Add a few dashes of Worcestershire sauce and simmer. Pour in about half a cup of water and add the instant broth. Simmer for about 10 minutes, then season with any herbs and curry powder you like. Add the sausage pieces to the sauce and simmer for about another 5 minutes. This goes great with pasta or fries.
