Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g olives, black, fleshy, pitted
- 100 g capers
- 50 g anchovies, in oil
- 4 garlic
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- some basil leaves
- salt and pepper
Instructions

Debone the anchovies, if necessary, and blend them with the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
