Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 250 g olives, black, fleshy, pitted
  • 100 g capers
  • 50 g anchovies, in oil
  • 4 garlic
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • some basil leaves
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Spread, Provence, France

Debone the anchovies, if necessary, and blend them with the remaining ingredients in a blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper.
